RDSS How to Register/Pay
We have outlined the process to help you easily register for classes.
Go to: www.raedenesdancinstars.com
• Click on the REGISTER icon
Click on the NEW families or CURRENT families icon.
Fill out the family and student information.
• Select classes for each student. (You may select 5 classes per dancer, initially).
• Hit SUBMIT.
If you need to register for more than 5 classes per dancer:
• After you submit the registration form, go back to the RDSS Web site - Class Registration page.
• Click on the CUSTOMER PORTAL icon.
• You will be asked to enter your email address and hit (I don’t know my password).
• You will be emailed a password to enter the portal.
• Please then go into the CUSTOMER PORTAL and add additional classes.
How to Pay:
• Charges first have to be entered by our studio office.
• You may enter your credit card or Bank information if you would like us to use that method of payment.
After we post the fees, we will charge your credit card for the first 2 sessions and reg. fee.
• You may mail a check to the Clinton Twp. Studio.
• Payments must be received within 7 days, in order to hold your spot in the class.
What you can do in the CUSTOMER PORTAL?
• Change your password
• You can add additional classes to your schedule.
• You can view what payment is due (once it is posted).
• Pay on line – credit cards or with your bank checking account.
• View your account, print your ledger, or change contact information.
• Notify us if you want to add or drop a class.
During the Dance Year
• You may refer to the studio calendar to see when expected charges should occur.
• Please check the CUSTOMER PORTAL after the 1st. of every month to see if any new charges
have been posted.

• Please allow a few days for us to get back with you.
• If you do not have internet access, please call us and we will mail you a registration form.
2008-09 Tuition Fee Schedule
Registration Fee $15.00 per student $30.00 Family max.
The Dance season has 10 sessions (Sept 2nd - June 6th)
Tuition will be due every 8 weeks.
(You will pay for 2 Sessions at a time).
30 Min. Class - $32.00 per session 40 Min Class - $35.00 per session
45 Min. class - $ 37.00 per session 50 Min Class - $ 38.00 per session
60 Min. Class - $39.00 per session 75 Min. Class - $43.00 per session
90 Min Class - $48.00 per session
$5.00 Discount per class after the students first class.
Student and Family Max's available. Please inquire.
Guidelines
Tuition, costume deposits and registration fees are non refundable.
$15.00 Annual Registration fee. $30.00 max per family.
Classes are not prorated. If you register late, you may make up the classes.
If you drop or change a class, your tuition will be updated for the following month.
If you enter a charge card or bank draft number, we will charge your card for the Reg fee and first 2 months tuition. You are responsible for making future payments. If you wish, you may fill out an auto pay form and we will deduct the amount due on the 15th of everyother month.
Declined Credit card Charges, Bank Drafts or Returned Checks will be charged a $30.00 fee.
ONCE MY CREDIT CARD AND CHECKING DRAFTS OCCUR, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep credit cards and bank information current.
Accounts that are over 15 days past due will be charged 3% interest per month until paid in full. Min $5.00, Max $30.00. Classes will be suspended for accounts that are 30 days past due.
Dancer�s accounts must be up to date in order to participate in dance competitions, recitals and any other RDSS event. All fees must be paid before you may purchase recital tickets and perform in the rehearsals and recital.
Recreational Costumes range from $60.00 - $85.00 plus tax. A $60.00 costume deposit is due for each class, by Nov. 1st. The balance is due in February. You are responsible for paying for the full price of the costume once a deposit has been made. Refunds are not permitted on costumes or deposits. All costumes and merchandise will not be distributed unless they are paid in full. Dancers enrolled in Rec pom classes will need to purchase poms at $28.00 a set to use in the recital.
If you wish to drop a class, we must be notified in WRITING one week before the end of a session, or you will be responsible for paying the following session. You may use the customer portal or a note mailed/given to notify us. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT NOTICE TO MERELY TELL AN INSTRUCTOR OR OFFICE EMPLOYEE.
It is my responsibility to make monthly payments according to the due dates listed below. I may or may not receive notification that a payment is due. RDSS will post the next 2 months tuition between the 1st and 5th of the month that it is due. Example; Nov/Dec tuition will be posted Oct 1st - 5th.
Payment Calendar
RDSS divides the year into 10 payments. Once you begin a new month, tuition is non refundable for that month. Some months have 3 weeks some have 5. Tuition is based on an average of 35-38 weeks of classes.
September and October Tuition is due upon registering or Sept 2nd.
November and December Tuition is due October 15th.
January and February Tuition is due Tuition Due December 15th.
March and April Tuition is due February 15th
May and June Tuition is Tuition is due April 15th
