Company warmups/bags

Hello!

Our company warm up jacket samples are now at the studio.  You may try them on during the next 2 weeks. 2 different styles are available. Please indicate which style of jacket you want on the form and "print" the spelling of the name you would like on the jacket and bag. 

The jackets are the same as last year.  All company dancers are required to have a warmup jacket that will be worn on stage at dance competitions. Bags are optional. (great gift idea)!

This is the only time of year that the bags and jackets will be available for purchase. 

Payment and order form is due October 10th.  

Attached is the order form.  Copies are also available at the studio.
