Dance Backpacks order form

Hello! If you would like to order a competition team backpack, please fill out this form by Friday, December 19th.  This will be the only time this year that bags can be purchased.  Backpacks are $65.00 plus tax and will be billed to your dance account in January.  Thank you for your patience as we explored finding a replacement for the previous bag that was discontinued.
