Extra Group Form

Good Morning,

Attached is the extra group information for company dancers. This form serves as a request for your dancer to be considered for extra groups, including solos, duos, and trios. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee placement. Selection for these groups will be made at the teacher's discretion, based on skill level, commitment, and readiness. Also, not all styles listed are guaranteed to be offered. Final groupings and styles depend on dancer interest and the teacher's choice. Dancers who are selected will be placed where teachers feel they will thrive best. We ask that all placements be respected and accepted with a positive attitude. 

Please discuss interest with your dancer and submit the form to the front desk by Thursday, August 13th. Forms submitted by email are due Thursday, August 20th.
